Fillings may include: pumpkin flower, beans, sausage, chicken, carne asada, ham, refried beans, maple syrup, sour cream, avocado or guacamole, potatoes, spinach, mushrooms, raw eggs, scrambled eggs, hamburger, yak, shrimp, bacon, etc. Salsas may also be added.
