Santai is right on the beach so you hear the relaxing sound of the surf. Pool is comfortably cool and the water clean and clear. Bungalows are well kept with good fans and air con. The structures are all natural fiber so there's a lovely smell of local grasses that make up the roof and walls. The new bathrooms are absolutely great - large, clean, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Each morning the staff leaves coffee on the front porch to enjoy while sitting on the big comfy loveseats there. Service is exceptional and food delicious and plentiful. I also had a massage in the outside pavilion and I was put to sleep! Santai and the Amed area are true Bali. It's a great place to get away from it all, re-charge the batteries and re-connect with the simple life. I highly recommend Santai and the Amed area! Great place to get away from it all.
