CocoNut Restaurant is perhaps the best restaurant in the area, praised not only by the in-house guests but also frequented by the guests coming from the neighboring hotels. Santai is proud itself for bringing a fine dining to Amed area.
At CocoNut Restaurant, diners can take a gastronomic Bali dining experience that will satisfy their palate at surprisingly small bill amount. All menu is thoughtfully prepared by the Chef to satisfy international guests palette. At CocoNut Restaurant we only use fresh and high quality ingredients.

For main course – just to name a few, CocoNut Restaurant specialties are “Monster Sirloin Steak” , a huge portion of meat (300gram) cooked with Roasted Garlic and Tarragon Butter served with Burning love priced at IDR 120,000, Grilled Lamb Medallions served with Olive and Red wine sauce, Cous Cous and Feta Cheese or try out our parmesan grilled fillet of red snapper with port wine reduction, asparagus and mashed potato.

Pasta lovers are also pampered with popular Spaghetti Bolognaise with generous meat sauce, Spaghetti Carbonara with sautéed ham, mushroom in creamy sauce, or Tagliatelle Ocean with tiger prawn and tasty lobster sauce. For lighter taste try out Tagliatelle Pesto. Finally our Chef recommends Spaghetti Blue – rich blue cheese with ham & portabello mushroom.

Of Indonesian rich culinary art, CocoNut Restaurant nominates the popular Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice). It is made from cold rice fried with some mixture of eggs, vegetables and chopped meat (chicken, sometimes beef or shrimp). Also do not miss the opportunity to sample one of the most popular Bali cuisine ‘Sate Lilit’ – a Balinese Fish Satay made from fresh fish meat with fresh lemon grass to use as skewers. This is probably the most delicious satay you’ll ever encounter.

For those who prefer light meal, savour popular menus such as Club Sandwich served with potato wedges, or the sinfully delicious Buffalo Chicken Wings with blue cheese dressing.

Should you are in the mood for romantic thing, we can arrange a romantic bali dinner just for the two of you somewhere in between Santai tropical garden under the Bali star.
